The Qatari recipes truly inspire Chef Noor Al Mazroei, who grew up in the kitchen, and started experimenting with flavors and scents at a very young age. Local recipes have shaped the way Chef Noor is cooking, as she believes that they tell the country's story and represent its heritage. She specializes in creating magic with healthy food, Qatari recipes and other international cuisines.
Founder of multiple famous restaurants in Qatar, Chef Hassan Al Ibrahim has also collaborated with various Qatari hotels like Sheraton and the Banana Island Resort. Renowned for creating magic with local recipes, chef Hassan has helped in creating the Katara Hospitaltity Qatari menu that is presented in restaurants like the Le Royal Monceau Paris, Excelsior Mila, Hotel Royal Savoy Lusanne and more.
Originally from Germany, award-winning Chef Steven Peter journey has taken him across the world, where he has brought his distinctive talent and experience to luxury hotels. He is most appreciated for creating unique flavour combinations by using locally sourced products, presented in a simple, yet sophisticated way. He joined JW Marriott Marquis City Center Doha from his prior role as Director of Culinary at Marriott International Middle East and Africa, developing restaurant and lounge concepts for hotels.
With over 18 years of invaluable culinary experience from around the world, Chef Marios is the Chef de Cuisine in the award-winning Greek restaurant Mykonos at the InterContinental Doha. He joined the team in 2019 with the aim of continuing to set the bar high in creating signature Greek cuisine and bringing diners a remarkable five-star experience. Marios hails from Athens, Greece, and holds a certificate from the Alpine Center for Hotel Management.
He developed his craft during his time in the UK and the GCC to further finesse in Qatar. Throughout his career, Timur has worked with some of the world’s most revered chefs including Gordon Ramsay, Richard Corrigan and Anthony Demetre. His extensive knowledge and experience in creating unique international dishes has been widely recognized by world renowned food connoisseurs. With a diploma in Culinary Arts from Austria, The Ritz-Carlton Doha’s new Executive Sous Chef is one to look out for. Chef Friedemann’s passion for experiential tastes, textures, aromas and flavour profiles has led to the creation of some interesting additions to the hotel’s F&B portfolio. Born and raised in Lebanon, Chef Maroun Gebrael has been passionate about cooking since his childhood. Having graduated in Food Culinary in Beirut and holding 25 years of culinary expertise across several countries in the Middle East, Africa and Europe, Chef Maroun is renowned for innovating creative modern variations of dishes from the Mediterranean cuisine to appeal to the young customers while keeping the authentic taste and traditional spirit.
Having found his passion for the art of culinary at a very young age, Thai Chef Chaiwat began his culinary career as a chef with Thai Airways. He then advanced his experience and learning with Anantara Hotel properties before he joined the Westin Doha Hotel & Spa in 2017. He has been creating magic with new concepts and recipes at the Sabai Thai since. Indulge in some of the exclusive signature dishes such as Som Tam Thai and Gaeng Kiew Waan Gai prepared by Chef Chaiwat exclusively on Talabat.
