Shop Qatar raffle draw
For every QAR 200 you spend at any of the participating malls, you enter the raffle draw for a chance to win various prizes. The Shop Qatar raffle draw voucher mechanism this year will be via Whatsapp. There will not be any physical voucher kiosks through out the festival.
Step 1
To participate
- Visit www.shopqatar.qa
- Send “Hi” on WhatsApp to “+974 4499 7499”
- Scan the QR code advertised in the mall
Step 2
Enter your details
Create Customer’s profile by requesting National ID and retrieving name, number, nationality, email, gender and other details to know your customers.
Step 3
Purchase confirmation
Send the message “Win” to the WhatsApp Virtual Agent 2. The Virtual Agent asks the customer to send an image of the purchase receipt.
Point system
QAR 1 = 1 point
i.e 200 points = 1 raffle ticket

You can participate and earn raffle tickets throughout the duration of Shop Qatar 2021 - from the 10th of September to the 8th of October.
During the festivities of Shop Qatar the following four raffle draw events are to take place:
- 1st raffle draw on 17th of September at Doha Festival City
- 2nd raffle draw on 24th of September at Hyatt Plaza Mall
- 3rd raffle draw on 1st of October at Lagoona Mall
- 4th raffle draw on 8th of October at Mall Of Qatar
To be eligible for the Raffle Draw promotion, customers will require to register themselves via our WhatsApp number +974 4499 7499 by sending Hi.
To regsiter and become eligible to participate in the Shop Qatar Raffle Draw promotion, customers will require to register themselves via our WhatsApp number +974 by sending "Hi"
- Every QAR 200 spent in any of the participating outlets at Shop Qatar earns the customer a digital raffle ticket.
- The receipts must be photographed and sent to the specialized WhatsApp number which can be accessed via the special links and QR codes.
- The receipt must be dated between 10 September and 7 October at *11:59 PM or earlier.
- Receipts from other branches outside of Shop Qatar participating malls will not be accepted.
- Receipts from non-participating outlets will not be accepted.
- The registered name and other required info cannot be changed/amended after initial registration.
- Once the customer agrees to get their receipt stamped by a retailer to enter the draw, customers cannot return nor exchange the items included in the stamped receipt.
- By participating at Shop Qatar Raffle Draw, customers will have a chance to enter digital raffle draw and win various prizes at various values.
- By agreeing to these terms, you authorize Qatar Tourism to use the provided data for marketing purposes.
- Qatar Tourism reserves the right to amend the activity terms & conditions without prior notice.
