A native of Jordan , Chef Mohammed  journey in the kitchen started in a family restaurant at the age of 18. From that time he has gradually advancing to hold the position of Executive Chef in the operational and pre-operational phases of a number of first-class hotels worldwide.

Chef Mohammed has prepared dishes for high-profile government members and royalties across the world. He worked in reputable establishments in many countries such as the Istanbul Dubai. Amman and others luxury hotels and high ends Culinary profile outlets

Bringing more than 26 years of experience in the hospitality industry; Mohammed works under many international hotels group and hold Sr. and Executive Chef role such Starwood, Rezidor Hotels & Resorts - KSA, Libya, Abu Dhabi and The Ciagran Palace - Istanbul, and Kempinski Ishtar Istanbul,

Chef Mohammed has represented Jordan in many local and international Culinary events and  Competition  as Certified Judge  and  as founder of ( JCA  ) the Jordanian chefs association also a trained Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCAP) professional and a qualified first aider.
