Chef Sara Alsayyed, a patisserie chef specialized in baking and mass production of desserts is also a food and beverage consultant. On one hand, Sara owns a catering company that specializes in baked bread and pastries for brands and businesses. While on the other hand, she owns the Société Artisan Bakery located in Mshereib Downtown. Chef Sara also collaborates with the InterContinental Hotel to create some of her famous signature dishes.

Founder of multiple famous restaurants in Qatar, Chef Hassan Al Ibrahim has also collaborated with various Qatari hotels like Sheraton and the Banana Island Resort.
