The Qatar Kite Festival is a vibrant celebration of creativity and culture, captivating visitors with a spectacular showcase of colourful kites soaring across the picturesque skyline of Doha.
Kites fill the skies of Qatar both day and night during the festival.
Children can enjoy free kite workshops and take home their very own kites.

The beauty of Doha’s skyline was celebrated at past kite festivals, which took place at the Museum of Islamic Art in 2023 and Old Doha Port in 2024. See some of the highlights of this colourful festival, which also included lots of fun on the ground like roaming shows, parades, musical performances, and daily shows on the main stage.
