Day 1
Al Jassasiya Rock Art Site
Located in the north-east of Qatar, Al Jassasiya is the most impressive of Qatar’s dozen rock-carving sites. It comprises a total of 874 carvings, known as ‘petroglyphs’, the earliest thought to date from Neolithic times. What may appear to be a deserted sandstone quarry is a heritage site packed with mystery. Discovered around 1957, the rocky desertscape has distinct carvings stretching across an area 700 meters wide. The Al Jassasiya rock carvings feature various shapes, including rosettes, fish, ostriches and cup marks. Carvings of dhow boats, which remain in use to this day, offer a direct link to a long ago past. The cup marks are believed to represent vessels used to store pearls or play ancient board games known as Al Haloosa or Al Huwaila.

Al Shaqab
Al Shaqab, located in Education City as a member of Qatar Foundation since 2004, is Qatar’s state-of-the-art equestrian center. His Highness The Father Amir, Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani, established Al Shaqab in 1992 to build on Qatar’s Arabian horse heritage and to help preserve and perpetuate the Arabian horse breed.

Meryal Waterpark
The destination packs a variety of exciting attractions, including 53 slides and 69 total attractions. Embark on a thrilling ride at the Icon Tower, making it the world's tallest tower and the most prominent attraction in Meryal. When ready for a change of pace, head to the beachfront, where the sandy shores provide an excellent unrivalled opportunity to relax, enjoy the sea breeze or dine at one of the inviting food outlets.

The Corniche
One of Doha’s most iconic attractions, the Doha Corniche is a seven kilometer stretch of gorgeous promenade overlooking the serene waterfront. With a crescent shaped walkway around the Doha Bay, the Corniche offers the best views of the city’s modern skyline, making the epicenter of various occasions such as the National Day celebrations and the National Sports Day. Watch the dhows lighting up the Corniche in the evenings while on your walk around the bay or simply take a boat ride to soak in the vista of this city.

Dahl Al Misfir
Located west of Doha, in the centre of the peninsula, Dahl Al Misfir is one of Qatar’s most exciting natural sites. At 40 meters deep, it is considered the largest and deepest, yet accessible cave in Qatar. Formed largely of fibrous gypsum, it sometimes gives off a faint, otherworldly glow.

One of Qatar biggest, most popular parks

Zekreet Limestone
Discover the natural beauty of the desert and the arid wilderness at Zekreet. Dominated by unique mushroom-like limestone rock formations, the area has an otherworldly feel. One of Qatar’s most popular locations, the limestone formations appear as an umbrella of white chalk and offer a mountain of Instagram-friendly snaps. Strong winds blowing away softer sedimentary rock exposing harder limestone cliffs have created the jaw-dropping formations. These are punctuated by Richard Serra’s stunning East-West/West-East installation.

Zekreet Beach
Zekreet Beach (also known as Ras Abrouq Beach) shows nature at its most picturesque. The limestone escarpment featuring cliffs, pillars, and rocks makes the topography unusual. The sedimentary rocks along the shoreline and huge mushroom shaped structures made from limestone offer an arresting and ethereal site.
