The 2021 Formula 1 Ooredoo Qatar Grand Prix happened on November 21, 2021, at Qatar's Lusail International Circuit. It was the first-ever Qatar Grand Prix and the 20th round of the 2021 Formula One World Championship.

In the race, Lewis Hamilton from Mercedes secured the win, with Max Verstappen from Red Bull coming in second. Two races later, though, Verstappen would edge out Hamilton to take the Championship title.

Remarkably, Fernando Alonso from Alpine clinched his first podium finish since the 2014 Hungarian Grand Prix and his first with Team Enstone since the 2009 Singapore Grand Prix.
