Tickets are available through the Visit Qatar ticket webpage, in the Fever app on Google Play and the Apple App Store, or on the Fever website.

After purchasing, you can find and manage your ticket in your Visit Qatar ticket account. Select View my orders to access your order and ticket details.

Tickets will not be available at the venue. Please book in advance through one of the available online options.

Yes. You can transfer your tickets to another person free of charge by selecting “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket. If you need additional help, please contact us and include your ticket order number.

Refunds are not permitted, except when the event is cancelled or postponed by the organiser. In that case, any refund will follow the organiser's cancellation policy. Please consult the applicable terms and conditions for more information.

The following items are not permitted inside the venue: weapons or sharp objects; glass containers or cans; laser pointers, torches or flashing devices; air horns, noisemaking devices or musical instruments; and large flags, poles, banners or oversized signs. Professional cameras and audio or video recording devices are also prohibited. Bags larger than 30 × 30 × 15 cm are not permitted, and no storage or cloakroom facilities are available on site.
